Bogdana m. Manole is a mother, teacher, scholar and climate justice activist. During the day, she runs a Montessori School, committed to inspire her little students and to create a community involved in climate issues. She holds  graduate degrees in Environmental Justice and Political Ecology, which inform her climate justice activism. She started working with South Seattle Climate Action Network in December 2015, working on legislative action on climate change, establishing a network of climate justice activism with other local organizations, and engaging in specific projects related to local climate justice issues.
