For the Seattle Peace Chorus
Dear friends,
On Saturday 3 June at 7:30 pm & Sunday 11 June at 5:00 pm, we will perform Peace for the Planet, with guest artists Chava Mirel and Kent Stevenson. We will show a personal recorded message from environmentalist Bill McKibben, and perform movements of the choral oratorio “Upon This Land” plus other works celebrating the environment. We plan to give every ticket holder an option to watch this concert online as a livestream, so you can plan to enjoy this concert whatever your condition or state.
The mission of the Seattle Peace Chorus is to communicate through music the desire for a just and peaceful world; to consistently present this message through choral excellence and nonviolent activism; to celebrate life in all its diversity; to build and sustain harmonious relationships and cultural bridges locally and globally.
